Breakers Bed And Breakfast - Eastbourne

Seafront Victorian bed and breakfast with sea view balconies and dietary-conscious breakfasts in Eastbourne

Breakfast

Breakers Bed And Breakfast serves a daily full English or Irish breakfast with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on request. Breakfast includes warm dishes, fresh fruit, juice, and high-quality local produce. The hotel's focus on dietary restrictions means guests with allergies receive a custom fruit salad as standard.

Rooms

This Eastbourne B&B has only seven guest rooms, each individually decorated with unique characteristics. Several rooms offer private balconies with panoramic sea views, plus high-quality toiletries and linens. A mini fridge with bottled water and fresh milk is replenished daily in every room.

Location

The Breakers is situated directly on the seafront, a 2-minute walk from Eastbourne Beach. Eastbourne Pier is less than 1 km away, and the South Downs National Park with Seven Sisters Country Park is a short drive. London Gatwick Airport is 74 km from the property.

Service

Hosts Mark and Christine offer detailed local insights for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding coastline. They assist with luggage on arrival and remember guests' breakfast preferences for repeat visits. The small size of the property allows for attentive, personalized service throughout the stay.

Outdoor Spaces

The hotel has an on-site sun lounge with direct views of the seafront and promenade. Outdoor seating is available in pleasant spaces at the front of the building. Water sports activities are easily accessible from the beach just across the road.
